Helen has organized a Staff Retreat for my organization. It was very easy to contact Helen and the arrangement process was very smooth. Helen was very professional and accommodating. The first time I met Helen it was at the conference in Bahamas were she conducted a presentation for approximately 300 people. The conference was on the topic of domestic violence and after a long day of speeches and presentations, the attendees were visibly tired. As soon as Helen begun her presentation, the energy in the room shifted – she was very engaging, creative and enthusiastic. It was no different for my employees – during the two day retreat, everybody stayed focus and engaged. Helen helped us to discover new possibilities, clarify our vision, she guided us as individuals and as a team through our fears and discomforts of making changes, while offering support and encouragement. We have received an honest and compassionate feedback and were reminded about our strengths and gifts. Helen has a fantastic way of connecting with the audience and engaging everybody. She clearly has a great passion for her work which is infectious. By unfolding different fields of knowledge as well as through her fresh and unique ideas, Helen touched the very hearts of the audience and left us with powerful and unforgettable message.
