Life is beautiful! I recently completed a 6 month coaching program with Helen and although I have known her for a long time, and worked with her before, I am still amazed at the quantum shift I made as a result. When I started coaching with Helen I had just acquired my own business, had moved offices, and was feeling quite overwhelmed and not sure about my direction. (And that was only the business side of my life..) The cost of the coaching programme scared me at first, but I decided to feel the fear and do it anyway. Now I can honestly say that this was one of the best investments I have ever made in myself.
