I’m thrilled you will be joining me for the Meditation Challenge!
This challenge is about creating an expansive SHIFT – in your thinking, your energy levels, and ultimately, your state of being – laying a solid foundation to support all that you desire to create for 2017 – with grace and ease. Because having a solid foundation is what sustains you through uncertain times.
Starting Monday, we will be meeting each day in a private online video conference room on zoom. You will have 2 opportunities each day – 6am and 6 pm EST. You can join for one session or both. The challenge is to do at least one every day for the five days.
