It’s tough to describe in words everything I learned and how I’ve grown from working with Helen. She helped me manage all my “crazy” - both in my personal and professional life. When we started working together I was at a low and unhappy point, frustrated with my business and feeling kind of stuck with my life although things were decent. I wasn't desperate for money, I was fairly healthy and I was living a good life but it wasn't enough. It was struggle to get motivated with growing my business and had so many fears and all of this was impacting my relationship with myself and my husband. I didn't feel like my strong, powerful, bad ass self. Helen helped me work through my fears and really understand the journey I was on. She never just gave me random "to do’s" or goals, but instead allowed me to find my strength, work on overcoming my fears and really increasing my confidence and joy. I’m much stronger: I don't get a emotionally down if someone criticizes me or my business. That is huge! I'm in action in my business. I even raised my prices and am signing clients at my new high price. (I wouldn’t have had the confidence to do so if wasn't for our work together.) I am attracting connections and people that literally coming out of nowhere and I believe it's because I'm in such a good place. So many of the tools I learned are serving me each day and for that I'm forever thankful.

Having a conversation with Helen was like chatting with a friend I've known all my life. She never suggested what I "should" be thinking, or what was "wrong" about the way I had been thinking before. Instead, as we were casually discussing random thoughts, memories and experiences, Helen encouraged me to listen to my own inner voice. Not to think about it, but to feel it. I was able to "hear" my voice for the first time in a long time. Rather than focusing on all the noise of daily life, the opinions of others around me, and my judgmental "self-critic," I connected with my "true" voice - my subconscious. I could hardly believe it when I heard the truth come out of my own mouth, and realized it was so. I had not one, but three epiphanies during that single conversation with Helen, and I have not been the same since. Now, whenever I begin to feel overwhelmed, and "judged" by others because I may not be living up to their expectations of me, I think back on my chat with Helen and realize that what others think about me does not matter at all. While others may try to "should" all over me, placing opinions and judgments on who I am or what I do, I remember that the only thing that matters is that I am true to myself. Nobody knows me better than me. I have a light and a power within me, and the right to let it shine. Nobody can take that away from me. I am thankful to Helen for helping me to focus on, and finally hear, the voice of truth within.

I have had the incredible fortune to work with Helen MacMillan on several occasions both professionally and personally. Honestly, I met Helen at an event that I had no idea what it was really going to be about.... I had 2 free tickets. I grabbed a girlfriend and went. Helen was being recognized for her coaching at the event. I saw her at the reception and she was helpful from our first encounter. I wasn't looking for a coach but I was looking for information to increase my income. Helen helped me through several choices before we started working together and that's when I realized I needed her! During our 6 months working together, I have learned to think differently. Helen helped me to stand in my power and be more confident in my choices and decisions (personally and professionally). Helen is one of the key reasons I feel fulfillment and true happiness in my life. In 2012, I was going through a quarter-life crisis. On the outside, I lived a very successful life. I just graduated from engineering school and got a lucrative job in the biotechnology industry, I had loving and supportive friends and family to spend my time with. I had the pleasure of experiencing Helen’s gift in discovering what was stopping me from getting to the next level in my business. I didn’t even realize that I was blocking myself from reaching my full potential, I just knew I was stressed and working long hours, but not seeing the success I knew I was capable of reaching.
